Returns & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty and Return

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

The Customer has three (3) days from the day of receipt of the Products ordered to exercise its right of revocation, without providing any reason.

The Customer will inform HRTPH of its decision to revoke by sending a straightforward and explicit declaration to Customer Service by e-mail: hrtph@gmail.com. The Customer can use the model revocation form attached in the Annex to these Terms, but this is not mandatory.

The Customer shall return the Products to Sahara immediately and in any case, at the latest 7 days after having communicated the decision to revoke. The Customer must return the Products in a new and unused condition, with all the original labels on, and at his expense. In certain countries, HRTPH may provide return labels for free returns. If not, the Customer will bear responsibility for the Products (including damage or loss) until it reaches HRTPH.

In case the conditions above are fulfilled, and HRTPH has received the Products, HRTPH will refund the Customer the sum of the order, including the purchase price and excluding transportation costs (other than additional charges arising from the Customer’s choice of a different method of delivery than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by HRTPH).

The purchase price (excluding the standard transportation costs and taxes) will be refunded within 14 calendar days of HRTPH receiving the returned Products in good time, provided all conditions as specified above have been strictly complied with. Under no circumstances can the amount repaid ever exceed what the Customer actually paid.

The Customer will be refunded in accordance with the procedures agreed with the bank which issued the card. For this refund, HRTPH will use the same means of payment as the Customer used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. The Customer will not be charged for this refund less the sales vouchers or discounts used to pay for the order.

The Customer shall be liable for any loss in value of the Products if such loss in value is due to having used the Products to an extent more than necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returns can only be accepted as described above, and returns to our physical stores will not be accepted. Returns must be sent to the back for details kindly contact us at hrtph@gmail.com
