How to Track My Order

Welcome, dear customer! We understand how important it is for you to track your order and stay updated on its status. To make the process easier for you, here are the simple steps you need to follow:

Just a friendly reminder, please ensure that you are logged in to your account before attempting to track your order. If not, kindly log in with your details to proceed smoothly. Log-in

Step 1 - Begin by clicking on the "Account" option in the menu.

Click the menu

Click "Account"

 

Step 2 - Select the order number that you wish to track from the list. Click on the specific order number that you want to track.

Locate the order

Click the order no.

 

Step 3 - Once you are on the order details page, locate the "other#" section which contains the tracking number. Copy this tracking number.

Look for "other#"

Copy the tracking no.

 

Step 4 - Head back to the menu and click on "Track your order" then select "Track my order” to be redirected to the shipping courier’s website.

Step 5 - Paste the tracking number you copied earlier and click on "Track" to see the real-time status of your order.

Step 6 - To view more information Click "Expand Tracking Details"

Remember, our shop does not have the ability to reach out to the courier rider directly for updates once the order has been handed over, so checking the tracking details on the courier's site is your best bet for the most up-to-date information.
