Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel at this time. We hope to have a cancellation order one day in the future.
What happens when I receive an order?
Depending on your preferences, you’ll receive an email, mobile app notification, or RSS notification every time you receive an order.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we will take you through the process.

Delete my HRTPH Account
Want to delete your HRTPH account? No problem!
If you want to delete your HRTPH account, just click Profile and click the ‘Delete Account’ button.
We won't erase personal data when the customer has made an order in the last six months (180 days), in case a chargeback occurs. If a request for erasure is submitted during that time, then it will remain in a pending state until the required time has passed. When that required time has elapsed, HRTPH completes the erasure request. You don’t need to submit another request.
We only redacts personal information, such as your customer’s name and address. Non-personal data, such as order information about what was sold, the date and time of the sale, and the order value is maintained. It’s your responsibility to contact any other companies that you’ve shared the customer’s personal data with.
But please be aware that once this request has been made you may lose access to your account immediately.
If you're okay with this, click 'DELETE ACCOUNT' to complete our ID verification process; we need to verify that we are speaking to the account holder as this helps us to protect your personal information. Only you (or if you are unable, someone acting on your behalf) has the right to ask for your personal information to be deleted.
Our team will then action your request as soon as possible and will update you as soon as this request has been actioned! This can take up to 30 calendar days to be actioned, but we will aim to complete your request as soon as possible.
